Omega J. Although pressures of life have tried to stop her in her tracks, she has decided to allow the negative lumps of coal to be transformed into flawless diamonds of brilliance. Omega Smith is a native of Jacksonville, Florida. She is the founder and owner of You Speak Life. She received her Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Professional Education from the University of North Florida. She is a teacher, writer, an author, and a speaker.

Omega’s desire to become a speaker stems from her own personal experiences and her interactions with her students. She is dedicated to helping motivate, inspire, and encourage teens and young adults to understand that they can become someone great regardless of any situation they may be facing and regardless of what people are saying about them. Her goal is to engage teens and young adults in workshops that will help them win in life.
